Carolyn Mitchell PLA was founded in 2021 to provide innovative landscape-based planning and design. Over her 30-year career Carolyn Mitchell has worked with some of the most impactful multidisciplinary firms in the A/E industry assisting federal, state, and municipal clients to meet a wide range of challenges with nature-based solutions. Working as a collaborative consultant with other professionals, Carolyn makes innovative, award-winning contributions to projects of all scales.
